CEC is a product of old school construction guys who have worked in construction collectively for over 100 years. They have seen much wasteful spending and production inefficiencies. CEC was formed to provide companies a thorough and unbiased evaluation of its processes. CEC will evaluate existing cost and production metrics, both inside and outside. We will insure outputs meet management needs, and if they do not, design and implement the proper output to support the process. Or if the company desires recommend and implement new cost and production metrics or products. The end result is always cost savings through efficiency of processes you already own and operate. Sometimes it could be as simple as a report redesign, or as complex as new software. CEC will manage the implementation and provide support for the life of the product.
